To win my award you just fill out the form below (Note: You must have a Pokemon web site). I made new awards so now you have a choice between the new awards or the old awards. Also if you have already won our award before you can get the new award by emailing me or by re filling out the form below.

You must get at least 8 hits a day (you need a counter to prove it)
