Tripod is a pretty good host for starting your first web site but you don't get much space (20 MB) and there is lots of embedded and popup ads.

Uhostnow is a great web site host if you want to choose how much space you want but you have to post at least 50 messages in their form just to get 50 MB of web space. Uhostnow wouldn't be a great host for people that want to just make a quick web site. Uhostnow comes with 15 to 200 MB of space that depends on how much you want to post in their fourm.

100WebSpace is a great web site that doesn't have big files because 100WebSpace have a file size limit of 1 MB (That's why the downloads on the temporary Nick and kevin Pokemon Fan Site don't work). 100WebSpace comes with 100 MB of space.

Free Webs is a pretty great web site host but it doesn't have advance features like cPanel with it. Free webs comes with 50 MB of space.

World Free Web is a really great web site host it has 1000 MB (1 GB) of space, includes cPanel and has no file size limit but the only bad part about it is that it has ads on it.

GlobalFreeWeb is a sister web host of World Free Web. It has alot of the same features of World Free Web but with 500 MB of space instead of 1000MB.

This web site host is like one of those "Too Good To Be True" web hosts because with this web host you actually get almost all the features of a professional web host with lots of web space and bandwidth, and many, many features, but the catch is that they are TOO STRICT and they have too much rules. It's even against the rules to link a file other than a web page in another web site or forum, and they don't allow you to make multiple web sites, you only get to make one and one only and they make sure they record your IP Address to make you don't sign up again. If you ant to try this host don't expect you web site to be on this host long, eventually your account will get suspended by one of their extremely strict rules.
