If you look closely above Zack's bed when Carey is talking to Zack you  can see a Pokeball toy on a shelf.

Malcolm in the Middle

Bowling: Parallel Stories

If you look closely to the right while Dewy is walking out of his bedroom you'll see a Charmander plush on the ground.

Malcolm vs. Reese

If you look in the closet while Reese is trying to find Dewey after drawing on him with permanent marker to frame Malcolm you'll notice the same Charmander plush from the Bowling: Parallel Stories episode.

If you look closely to the left on the bed while Malcolm is attempting to frame Reese for breaking his microscope you'll notice the same Charmander plush from earlier in the episode.

Carnival

If you look closely to the right of Malcolm when Malcolm and Reese are planning to go to the carnival by themselves you'll notice a Squirtle plush on the bed.
